Through these brainboxes, we have been able to thoroughly examine every stage of our bar-making process to maximise the nutritional value. That’s why we know our bar is of “superior nutritional value compared to other high cocoa content chocolate bars”. Shucks.
We love our planet. It gives us air and the most intoxicating foods and flavours. That’s why we want to make sure we respect it when we source our products. Organic all the way at iQ. That includes everything from our ingredients to our aprons.
Our organic SuperBeans are picked from the trees, fermented, cleaned, dried, winnowed and bagged at source and then at iQ HQ, we double-clean and lightly ferment them for 72 hours at low temperatures before gently air drying them naturally. We further add to the brilliant gorgeousness of the product by flavouring with organic, natural flavourings and sweetening with superfood organic coconut blossom nectar- especially high in Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc and Iron; a delightfully natural source of the vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and C. It’s also very rich in other minerals and enzymes which aid in the slow absorption into the bloodstream. It’s Chocolate Alchemy
We know that iQ chocolate-lovers (because they are pretty damn smart) expect us to lead the way in ethics and environmental responsibility. At iQ we are happy hippies when it comes to ethics, and we infuse our chocolate with this too. We are particular to ensure that we, our suppliers and other business partners play our part in ethical sourcing, and distribution, this includes standards for human rights, ethical trading, organic compliance and respect for the environment we are lucky enough to inhabit.
